1. Who runs QuizSprint

QuizSprint is operated by Code Kubic Solutions (2663998-P), a registered business in Malaysia. In these Terms, "we", "us", and "our" mean Code Kubic Solutions. "You" means anyone who uses the site.

2. Who can use it

QuizSprint is intended for Malaysian secondary school students and educators. Specifically:

• You are at least 13 years old, or you have permission from a parent or guardian.
• You provide accurate information when you sign in with Google.
• You do not share your account with anyone else.

3. Your account

You sign in using your Google account. We keep your email and the practice records tied to it. You are responsible for the activity on your account — keep your Google account secure.

You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or remove accounts that abuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or violate these Terms.

4. What you can and can't do

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, copy, or republish our questions in bulk.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the service.
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload our systems.
• Use QuizSprint to harass, defame, or harm any other person.
• Pretend to be someone else.

5. The questions

Most practice questions on QuizSprint are generated by AI (Google Gemini) and reviewed by our admins before being published. Even so, AI-generated content can contain mistakes. QuizSprint is a study aid, not a replacement for your teachers, textbooks, or official exam papers. Always double-check anything you're unsure about.

If you spot an error in a question, please tell us — we want to fix it.

6. Ownership

The QuizSprint brand, design, code, and curated question bank belong to Code Kubic Solutions. The records of your practice attempts belong to you — we hold them so we can show your progress.

7. Free for students

QuizSprint is currently free for students — no payment, no credit card. We may introduce optional paid features or non-intrusive advertising in the future to keep the platform sustainable. If we ever change the cost of core practice access, we will tell you clearly before it affects you.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is significant, we'll surface it on the site before it takes effect. We may also change, pause, or shut down any part of the service.

9. Disclaimer and liability

QuizSprint is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses (for example, exam results) that may arise from your use of the service.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
